Common Queries Corner

  • How do I book my decorations?
    First connect with Illiano Event's party coordinator, Natalie Illiano. It is recommended that you text or call 856-656-8111. You can also email questions to illianoevents@gmail.com. After discussing your event, she will email you a quote. You would sign the contract and a 50% deposit is required to reserve your decorations.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Your deposit is transferrable. The deposit covers the cost of your party supplies and the labor scheduled to set up and break down your event. Exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. We understand that things happen beyond our control. In those situations we will consider the mitigating factors if you request a deposit refund. Customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience is our top priority.
  • How do I pay my deposit?
    You must first sign the contract. Look it over to make sure all the elements, date, time, location, balloon colors are correct before signing. You can make the deposit through the invoice portal. To avoid fees it is recommended to use Zelle or Venmo. We recommend not paying with a check.
  • How much time does it take to set up?
    A minimum of 90 minutes is required to ensure a smooth, seamless delivery and install. We make exceptions and will do our best to accommodate your space and time frame. For at-home, indoor installs, we recommend that our team set up your decorations the day before. It's important we know the party end time to allow enough time for our crew to break down.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
